theglobalsun – Liverpool have agreed a deal worth up to £123m for Paris St-Germain forward Bradley Barcola.
The agreement includes an initial £106m payment and up to £17m in potential add-ons. PSG initially valued the France international at approximately £145m.
Barcola is expected to undergo a medical this weekend. The 23-year-old will then sign a long-term contract at Anfield.
The France forward has emerged as Liverpool’s main attacking target this summer. His arrival would strengthen the squad following several significant departures.
Liverpool have lost Luis Diaz and Mohamed Salah during the past two summers. Barcola now appears set to become a major addition to their attacking options.
The right-footed forward usually operates from the left wing. However, his versatility allows him to contribute from several attacking positions.
